This photo essay is an attempt to  recreate the changes in my mental, physical and emotional states while being infected with the COVID 19 virus. I have tried to translate the period of isolation into a visual language.

I contracted the disease along with my family in December 2020. We were already living lives which were perhaps in the interstices of a ‘comma’; they came to a ‘full stop’. Today, with my health back to normal, the series looks back to a time when I thought I won’t ever be the same again.
